Welcome to the Coinfeeds fundraising report email!

We are separating out companies that have recently raised funds from our weekly scouting email, to bring you a report of the fundraises announced over the last week.

Keeping track of fundraising activity can help identify trends, such as a shift in investor interest towards certain sectors or a slowdown in funding due to market conditions.

In the week of May 1st, we found 13 rounds totaling $108.4 million.

Here’s a breakdown of amount raised by sector:

DeFi

Tribe3, an Arbitrum-based, gamified, and social NFT futures decentralized exchange with an interactive platform for users to long, short NFT derivatives on leverage, as well as a set of intuitive dashboards, announced on April 26th a new funding round of $2.1 million from Spartan Capital, Newman Capita, Infinity Ventures Crypto, Modular Capital, Blockbuilders, Lapin Digital, and other investors.

DFlow, a decentralized order flow marketplace that brings an open PFOF standard and a place to track transparent, real-time order flow prices, on-chain auctions, and an ecosystem of privacy and UX-focused apps, raised on April 25th a funding round of $5.5 million led by Framework Ventures, and followed by Cumberland DRW, Coinbase Ventures, Wintermute Ventures, Zeeprime, Spartan, and Circle Ventures.
